Scouts BSA is now also for girls. It’s just like the boy’s program, designed for adventure for youth ages 11 to 17, but is organized into girls-only units. Now, for the first time in history, girls will be able to work toward the prestigious Eagle Scout rank.
Troop 128 has a long history of Scouting, going back almost 100 years. We stood up a girls troop as soon as it was possible back on February 1. Our girls have performed magnificently over the last two years, having gone on numerous camping outings, completing Scout Summer Camp, lead community service projects, and earned many merit badges and rank awards.
