2019 -2020 Parents Meeting

Families of B/G Troop 128,
I hope you had a great summer and are getting ready for an exciting program year in Scouting!
As you know, our Court of Honor will be on Sunday September 8 from 2-3pm at St. John’s Episcopal Church. Our troops have had a spectacular summer, filled with adventures and awards. You will be truly impressed at the CoH when you see everything that they have done.
Though the CoH will begin at 2pm, we will ask that all Scouts arrive at 1pm to help clean up after the church picnic and to help set up for the ceremony.
While the Scouts are doing their work, we will have a meeting for all parents at 1pm in the large basement classroom next to the Scout Closet. The purposes of the meeting will be:
- To brief parents of the recent Troop Committee decisions regarding the finances and program of the Troop for the upcoming year
- To discuss volunteer needs and request assistance
- To answer any questions that parents may have about any aspect of the Troops’ administration and operations.
